我们的退货和退款政策如下:

  1. 退货政策 我们非常重视客户的满意度,如果您收到的商品有任何质量问题或与描述不符,您可以在收到商品后的7天内申请退货。退货商品必须是完整的、未使用的、有标签、包装完好,并包括所有配件和附件。

  2. 退款政策 如果您的退货申请已批准,我们会退还您商品的全额金额(不包括运费)。退款将在收到退货商品并确认其完好无损后进行处理。我们将在7个工作日内完成退款手续,具体到账时间将根据银行的处理速度而有所不同。

  3. 特殊情况 在以下情况下,我们可能无法接受您的退货请求:

  • 商品已经被使用或损坏;

  • 商品包装已经被拆封或损坏;

  • 您已经超过了退货期限;

  • 商品不在原始状态,例如缺失配件或附件。

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

 

    1.  Return Policy We value our customers' satisfaction greatly. If you receive any products with quality issues or they are not as described, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the products. The returned items must be complete, unused, have tags, be in good packaging condition, and include all accessories and attachments.

   2.  Refund Policy If your return request is approved, we will refund you the full amount of the product(s) (excluding shipping fees). Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in good condition. We will complete the refund process within 7 business days, and the exact time it takes to appear in your account will depend on the processing speed of your bank.

   3.  Special Cases In the following circumstances, we may not be able to accept your return request:

The product(s) have been used or damaged. The packaging has been opened or damaged. You have exceeded the return period. The product(s) are not in their original condition, such as missing accessories or attachments.

               a.)Return Process If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with relevant guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth return process. The returned product(s) should be packaged safely and include the original invoice and reason for return.

               b.)Refund Process Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm they are in good condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account.
